Directions from Providence:

Rte. 146 North. Continue past Rte 295 interchange. One mile north of 295 go straight through the traffic signal and bear LEFT on RTE 146 and follow the signs for Worcester, MA.

Once on RTE 146 North heading towards Worcester, take theTHIRD exit "RT 5 & Rt 102 Slatersville/Forestdale".

Take RIGHT at top of exit onto School Street. At Stop Light take a RIGHT onto Rte 146A (Great Road).

After passing the Shell Station, go STRAIGHT through the light at the bottom of the hill.

Approximately 1/2 mile on the LEFT you will see a sign for the "BRANCH VILLAGE PROFESSIONAL OFFICES"

Directions from Worcester, MA:

Rte. 146 South, take the FIRST RI exit "RT 5 & Rt 102 Slatersville/Forestdale"

Take a LEFT off exit (be careful, partial blind corner) onto RTE 146A.

Go STRAIGHT through light at School Street (Leeway Hardware on Right)

After passing the Shell Station, go straight through the light at the bottom of the hill.
